Everybody knows an annoying acquaintance, stranger, wooer, or associate whose main objective is to find out what's really up with you in the shortest possible time.
If you are too pushy and unnecessary inquisitive about people's business, no-one will trust you.
When you meet a new friend, do not be obsessed about knowing the details of their life than they are willing to release to you.
Do not be selfish, do not worry about the detail that is not available to the eye. It's not the time to form long list of questions about who and what, that's totally unnecessary.
Be engrossed with the wonders in their eyes, the shape of their smile, the beauty in their voice, the language of their charisma, the texture of their skin, the richness of their minds, the scent and frequency of their soul and the climate of their faith.
Wonder at their height, flush at their brilliance, appreciate their beauty. These are the indices that you are truly interested in them, that you appreciate them. Listen to the story they willingly tell, do not dig or attempt to eat your cake all at once.
If you must ask questions, ask general questions, do not probe the maze of their inner minds instantly, you'll lose them. This is not a pick up tact to defraud people's emotions, it cannot be taught to capitalists.
Be patient, focus on the relationship that you're about to enjoy. The person is more important than the 411 you're pushing for.
Do not have the impatience of a manipulator, gold diggers are generally eager to find what they can dig or the gap they can exploit.
When you find a new friend or an acquaintance you'd love to be around, do not OVERDRIVE. Search their eyes, how they dilate, pay attention to their body language. Nobody trusts an impatient human.
Of what use is the detail of the soul you're not interested in?. Be natural and calm, be sincere, have dignity, take the surf, a ebb at a time, enjoy the ride.
I've enjoyed trust in strange places in my leadership career, and this is one of the things I do. It works for all kinds of relationships.
Caveat- Applying this skill without being trustworthy is to remain a fake, you will be caught.
