Well, that missing sleep that I was anxiously waiting to catch up on, has all but vanished. This is the stunning sight that met us our eyes upon looking out of the main window of this plush little apartment. Man oh man, Croatia certainly is a hidden slice of paradise nicely tucked away within Europe. I honestly wasn't expecting scenery on this scale. Breathtaking beyond belief!
We took an afternoon stroll not too long ago and the humidity hit us like a blazing open furnace. What a heatwave! An hour later, we were running back to the solace of our apartment and bask in the comforts of an air conditioned room. Lol, don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, but lets just say a little better planning is required for the next time we decide to venture out again...
Already turning into an adventure of a lifetime and it's only just begun. :)
