Our immune system, does not in fact exist as a separate “thing”. For instance, that which influences it expands outwards to include toxins and the ideas that create them. However, lets stick to convention for convenience.
The healing and prevention of damage is a bit like a security system. There is monitoring and execution. Macrophages are like the security guards who also clean up any rubbish to keep things humming along.
I have no idea how all this works at the deeper levels. I have read that our gastro intestinal tracts are taking a lot of the immune system resources. This would make sense as it is where many “bio-active” compounds are invited into our bodies.
If the cells of our gut lining open to leave gaps, those compounds and any micro-organisms can enter our blood stream. Some doctors claim that this is what gluten from wheat does.
Our immune system could also be seen as the suspension on a motorbike. A young undamaged person may be able to take a lot of bumps. Another person may have very little “travel” left, so that even the smallest disturbance is rattling his frame.
Medicine could be seen as something to help the immune system to achieve better results.
Glucose Ascorbate Antagonism Theory (GAA)- claims that our Macrophage security Guards need to be full of ascorbic acid in order to be effective. In simple terms, this is vitamin C, but what is really interesting is that this molecule has a spare electron. - That spare electron can be donated to stop oxidation. Oxidation occurs because oxygen is stealing electrons from other compounds.
We use oxygen to break about sugars and fats. Oxygen left over from this process will go onto damage healthy tissues.
Glucose is similar to Ascorbic Acid in its chemical structure - (the way its electrons are held in orbit?).
A macrophage security guard exposed to high glucose becomes pre-saturated and can not absorb the electron donating vit. C.
Now lots of “bad actors” in the body, love glucose and other sugars. (Pretty much only mitochondria can break down fat for fuel, and this requires both oxygen and anti-oxidants to clean up). Bad actors either do not have mitochondria, or their mitochondria have been damaged, (by being forced to burn sugar when insufficient electron donating anti-oxidants were available). Red blood cells do not have mitochondria and obviously are not bad actors, as such they require a small amount of blood glucose - (about 4 teaspoons in 5-10 liters of blood from memory). This can be produced from protein if no carbs are present, (even from fat, though most text books do not recognize this).
Fungi trade minerals for sugars with the roots of plants. Plants are great at using sunlight to create carbohydrates- bonding carbon and water?
Most types of Cancer behave a lot like fungi in that it requires sugar as its mitochondria are damaged.
If GAA theory is correct - Macrophages and in turn our whole immune system is compromised by consistent high blood sugar.
Oxidative stress occurs in the absence of sufficient electron donors - anti oxidants.
Damaged Polyunsaturated fats (PUFA) require anti oxidants to prevent them from stealing electrons from the tissues lining our arteries. Cholesterol is sent to patch these “holes”, Macrophages are then sent to clean up. If those security guards are sent in armed with sugar instead of electron donating ascorbic acid - the whole “plaque” or bandaid becomes oxidized and turns into “ small dense lipid” - the only dangerous form of cholesterol there ever was. Please fact check this for yourself - I may be incorrect here.
The other thing that shuts down this incredibly energy demanding security systems is fear. When triggered, our flight and fight response take over to keep us alive for the next 30 seconds. So what triggers this, clear and present danger? Nope - most of our “stress and anxiety” is created by social fears - shame, guilt, validation, worthiness, belonging... Those feelings can not exist without stories that we buy into. Misinformation shuts down our immune systems - much of it is innocent, much of it arises from other people attention seeking because they are anxious and in need of...(insert endless list).
Are these things I have suggested, quite easily verifiable or disprovable by our scientists?
So why is the World Health Organization still using “epidemiology” statistics, rather than simple and precise scientific methods to nail down priorities?
After all, the recommendation to eat 5- 6 high carb meals a day and swap animal fats for PUFA seed oils was based PURELY on epidemiology. How’s that working out?
Harvard and Oxford also supported this diet - is it possible that our most trusted institutions have been compromised by organizations that rely on high energy input - low nutritional output plant based agricultural systems?
To get nature to stop healing itself with weeds and pioneer species, a great deal of toxic chemicals are required. To re-fertilize dead soils that have been robbed of both the organic matter and the animal enzyme rich fecal matter that created them, much energy from hydrocarbons is required.
Who sells us those us the hydrocarbons, pesticides, carbohydrates, seed oils and “medicines”?
Have they compromised our education systems? Do they now decide much of what “information” is?
Who gets qualified and respected?
Perhaps this is an example of why EOS supported Everpedia, (to be launched on Mainnet) with 30 million in venture capital.
How would such a system at war with our immune system, our biology and our environment effect our fear levels?
