I am impressed by people who seem to write their blogs effortlessly, and it really inspires me. I follow some authors here because I like their blogs and I am also motivated to write because of them.

You must love what you are doing, if you love what you are doing, it is natural to be inspired while doing it. Additionally, constant practice helps in nurturing the required skills that can make you successful in any endeavor, "consistency is key" and nothing else. In other words, if you have an absolute passion for anything, nothing can stop you from achieving success! So it's very important that you love what you do and not just follow in other people's footsteps.
Motivation comes from within, as I said earlier it must come from your heart: the ability to simply desire what you're after and then pursue that goal through determination gives us the strength to move forward despite difficulties. When you are passionate about what you do, you will definitely not run out of strength to continue your journey.
In order for us to attain success in our writing endeavors, we must also allow ourselves to be motivated by passion; a love for what we do, and an intense feeling of hunger for excellence when it comes to practice. As they say, "practice makes perfect". I believe that you need a long time to develop your writing skills. You can't do it in a short amount of time.
