Hello friends, welcome back to the continued section of this topic, this segment promises to be an educative and exciting one. We shall be refreshing our memories with what communication is and how to communicate effectively and we will also be discussing the benefits of a good communication.
As a way of reminder, we learnt in our previous section that communication is a process where we share our views with people. We present our points to people in a good manner. You know there are ways of communicating. You can communicate in a good tone while you can also communicate in a violent way. The second option is not necessary. I normally ask myself why some people speak up a point in a violent way? I believe that when you communicate nicely, you'll get attention from people.
Be nice and good while in an interaction with people. We communicate effectively by making explanations. For instance when someone is having a conversation, it's proper to explain things so as to be understood. You wouldn't expect people to go through your mind and know your intentions or to know the reasons behind your actions when you've not opened up to air them. To avoid misunderstanding, communication is the best to do.
We will go further to scrutinize some benefits that are associated with an effective communication. We will look at two points in this section.
Benefits of an effective communication

When you express your views to people around you, it brings about an adequate understanding which enhances a good communication. You know, any relationship that is void of communication will not be an interesting one. It's proper to talk about what borders you, your area of concern and the challenges you battle with presently. Have a good conversation while in any relationship. Don't assume your partner knows all. You might be surprise your thoughts might be totally different from the other individual.
- An effective communication eliminates misinterpretation.
When there is a proper understanding, there won't be any cause to be misinterpreted. When you make your points plain such that everyone could understand it, there won't be room for misunderstanding. Don't give room to be understood. Always ensure that you present your points carefully while in a conversation. Don't assume people know what you are about to say. There is a need to explain and deliver your points properly. When it's done carefully, it'll enhance appropriate understanding which will lead to having an effective communication.
In conclusion, it's important to note here that a proper communication makes understanding easy, it triggers a free flow in communication and enhances a good knowledge. We will continue with this topic subsequently.
