This post would have come earlier but considering my mood yesterday I decided to settle a little for this moment. No matter what we get out of life, the best thing is to continue learning because no one knows when that process would end.

On June 8, 2018, Bourdain was found dead of an apparent suicide by hanging in his room at the Le Chambard hotel in Kaysersberg, France, by his friend Éric Ripert. Christian de Rocquigny du Fayel, the public prosecutor for Colmar, France, said that "at this stage, nothing suggests the intervention of a third party". He added that Bourdain's body bore no signs of violence, and that toxology tests would determine whether drugs or medications were present in the body. Source
It is not news that people would have different opinions about life and death and everything in between. As it is so many people feel really sad for the death of celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain who happen to have passed away as a result of depression and taking his own life.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion

Life is very precious and very sensitive. Its amazing how beautiful it can be and at the same time tough for some people. We all might have different understanding about life in general but it does not mean we know everything about it.
Coming to the topic of depression and stress. How often do you think that your contribution can draw others to commiting suicide. Mind you, that some of the things we say and do to others can gradually draw them to their grave, it all depends on the individuals involved. Suicide does not only come with people taking their own lives but the general contribution that effected that act will also be factored to suicide.
Today, I looked into Anthony Bourdains life and I wonder what would a man so perfect in the outside take his life for, but at the second thought I found it difficult to believe that life is perfect... life is never perfect. And so do not think that everyone is living fine; because everyone has their own cross.
It was so hard knowing that a man who taught the world in overcoming fear of the unknown could not prevent certain fears... to me he is still a hero.
My point exactly is this...
A book can never be judged by it's cover, whenever you have the chance- safe lives through through any way possible. Reach out to people, show love and be sure that you live a good and fulfiled life.
As to life, it is never perfect. We all have new things to learn about it. Learn to take stress off people not dump some more on others. Be remembered for something good.
However, suicide is never the way out, and it will nevet start now. Truth is everyone might have the liberty to be expressive but that does not make it right. Hence suicide is never an option. Talk to someone if you feel suicidal, let people love you. It is selfish to love and not be allowed to love back, it can only be complete if we love and let ourself be loved as well by others.
Finally, depression is a very bad thing. If anyone is suffering around you please be kind enough to help. The world is getting tougher than we think, only love and care can help. Reach out to people, save someone today.
These days people love the hate talk and all of that. Be nice. Be good. Be wonderful. That you are alive today does not make you a better person, but another chance to turn things around and live for the best. Remember that the beautiful ones are not yet born.
