I am feeling better after yesterday, having the Booster on Thursday afternoon kicked me in the ass with steel capped boots, I haven't felt that bad for a long time. My head felt like it was in a vice and my face around my mouth felt numb. Me, hubby and my daughter Nichola have had the same side effects, all of us feeling the same.
Our plans have changed with us all feeling so poorly, we stayed in yesterday trying to sleep it off. We were supposed to pick his mum up to go do our Christmas shopping, now we have to go tomorrow as still don't feel well enough to go shopping. I may have to leave it until Monday. Geordie is back in the Vets on Monday for more Dental work, we will drop him off then go Christmas Shopping. I can't muster up any enthusiasm for Christmas. I feel like I have had the stuffing kicked out of me.
IF ONLY
The side effects we get from medication, injections etc are always bad effects why can't we get good side effects. Such as:
If you take this medication you could:
Lose Fat
Look younger
Roots return to normal colour
Wrinkles dissappear
You will have more energy
Mails grow stronger
Improves sight/ hearing.
Only in my dreams, we would be fighting over that medication, with no complaints about the side effects.
Anyway back to reality.
I've had s few messages from friends saying they haven't had there booster yet, they are too scared to get it now with what's happened to me. The side effects are different for everyone, even though me, hubby and Nichola had the same effects they were all at different levels, hubby could still get up and get dressed, My Daughter could still do more than me, I had the worst but that could be due to anything, the medication I take, I haven't had my flu injection and I have Asthma. Please don't think just because I was bad you will be the same, there's a good chance you won't have any.
Its so close to Christmas that I really can't be bad, there is to much to do still and I can't expect hubby to do it all or all I will hear about next year is "He had to do everything over Christmas." That man never meets go of anything. He has 3 weeks off with me.
I've been up out of bed for a couple of hours today, I still don't have much of an appetite, haven't ate much for 2 days not that it will do me any harm. Might even lose a few pounds. I am not sleeping very well, seen too be waking up quite a bit more than usual, hopefully that will settle once the effects have passed.
Anyway I am going to try and sleep, hopefully I can get up to go do some shopping, If hubby has to do it you can guarantee he will forget stuff.
