The alarm woke me at 9 am, this was far my dentist appointment at 10.30, I hate mornings when i say hate I really mean detest Mornings. As you can tell i am not a morning person, i could hardly open my eyes never mind move my body, i managed to pick my phone up and reset the alarm for another half an hour.
I had just closed my eyes before that stupid alarm went off again. I had to drag myself out of bed, i have always had this problem. When i think back i can still remember hating mornings, finding it hard to move, why can't mornings starts at 1pm This would make my mornings so much easier.
I went in the shower before i went to bed knowing how i would feel in the morning, i pulled my clothes on, piled my hair up washed my face and brushed my teeth then booked a taxi. I could have quite easily phoned the dentist and cancelled my appointment, i was shattered, all i wanted to do was crawl back into bed and sleep. My body will not work in the morning.
I pushed on as needed this tooth sorted, Taxi booked. I got there 10 minutes early. I was in and out really quickly, she had a look and found i also have an abscess that is breaking through the gum, sent home with more antibiotics and booked in on the 1st Nov to have it removed. Now on 2 antibiotics and told to rest, the dentist thought removing the tooth would be the best option, then we can make sure the infection has gone for good.
I was back home and back in bed for 11am, I hate having to admit i that i can't cope in the morning's but that's the way it is and taking mornings really slow means i can manage for the rest of the day. Its no fun believe me.
Nichola went to our nearest chemist so i can get on them as quick as possible bit they had none in stock, I had to wait for hubby coming home to get my prescription from the supermarket.
Changing the subject
Sadly it seems Nichola's Hamster Ash and Rat Amara are both very fragile, they are both nearing 3 years old which is a good age for both of them, Amara has slowed down a lot needing our help to feed and drink, Ash is losing all her hair and sleeps all the time, barely opening her eyes for food. Looks like there is going to be a lot of tears here very soon.
But on a better note.
Nichola's feathered friend Sprout is having the time of her life, thankfully Parrotlets live for a lot longer (around 15 years.). She has made herself at home, made Nichola her slave by Squealing when she wants to come out, ts lovely in the morning we can hear her singing whilst swinging on her swing, she is such a happy little bird but very mischievous, she uses Nichola's neck, eyebrow and hair like a dog would use a squeaky toy, every time Nichola shouts Ouch she does it again, she loves the reaction, we try and put her back in her cage as a punishment, she will fly away mocking us.
Here she is enjoying Nichola's food, I love watching these little videos. She is growing more confident each day and every day she get cuter.
I am off back to my bed, i have been up far to long, my world is a lot easier when i am laying comfortable in bed. I am going to need some extra energy to get through the next few day, Amara and Ash are both going to need some extra TLC.
