I'm often asked if my belief system such as religious and cultural practices changed after Near Death Experience.
I'm a Japanese, and our culture's main religious are Buddhism(仏教) and Shintoism(神道). And we have many practices/paths such as Karate, Judo, Kendo, Sado(tea ceremony), Kado(flower arrangement), and so on.
After experiencing NDE, I realized these religious and practices are all connected with the source.
All ways lead to the great knowing, and they explain in their own way how to attain the enlightenment or the source of creation.
It's easy for us to understand its way to enlightenment by words and practices as a matter of practical convenience.
I understand these are just concepts and views of this world, but I just take part in some of these practices for communication with people.
I feel everything is up to our choice how to live this world.
I don't deny any religious or beliefs. These can be helpful to live this world.
The path to enlightenment is similar to the pole vault.

You can jump with the bar to go beyond the pole. But if you continued holding the bar, you would drop off and couldn't go beyond the bar.
You have to let go the bar to go beyond the pole one day.
