Anxiety, a deadly disease, silent one. life is full of anxiety but why be anxious! According to a definition Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in life – for example, you may feel worried and anxious about sitting an exams or having a medical test or job interview. It is normal sometimes to be anxious with life stress and challenges but to much, undue, or extreme, anxiety does not solve problems. anxiety is deadly and results to unwanted ends.
Some of the causes of anxiety are - unwanted economics lifestyle such as poverty, ability not be access daily needs, sickness, joblessness, etc. Anxieties revolve around work, money, family life, health, and other crucial issues.
In some it is natural to be anxious due to phobia but deadly.
Doing anxiety, blood pressure and heart beats increase which can result to deadly disease such as hypertension ,heart attack etc. I know no one like that condition.
REASONS ANXIETY NEED TO CHECKED!
1.do not add anxious thoughts about the past or the future to the concerns of the present.
2.Things often do not turn out to be as bad as we feared they might be.

- Some causes of anxiety such as some sickness situation is beyond the control of oneself.
- Some life experience anxiety shows that anxiety is a waste of time.
