- The political system is owned by corporate interests and political bribery
- The police now steal more total wealth from the people via asset forfeiture than is stolen by people from each other
- There is a very different set of laws for the rich versus the poor. Big banks can get away with the largest crimes imaginable.
- We have the largest prison state on the planet, many people serving long sentences for nothing crimes like small drug charges
...We must confront this corruption head-on rather than pretend it doesn't exist.
