Drew Scanlon isn't a Hollywood actor, or even a soap star.
He doesn't present the news or appear on any of those comedy panel shows.
In fact, he's not on TV at all. But he's got one of the most-shared faces of the entire year and has been viewed more than 226million times.
Do you recognise him?
He looks a little different in the video, granted, but Drew is the star of the 'blinking white guy' meme which has taken social media by storm over the course of 2017.
he gif, which shows a close-up of Drew as he blinks incredulously, is used to express 'confused disbelief' - or when you want to show you are slightly insulted.
The clip itself is actually four or five years old, but it was first used as a gif on Twitter in July 2015 and really gained popularity in February this year, when @eskbl tweeted about their Biology class
Where did it all begin? Drew's blinks come from a video on gaming website Giant Bomb, where he is a video editor and podcaster.
His reaction is prompted by colleague Jeff Gerstmann saying: "Farming with my hoe".
After the gif became popular, Drew confessed in April 2017 he had no idea which video the clip came from, and revealed he was contacted when a tweet using the gif received more than 100,000 retweets.
It was then used again in tweets by thousands of other people, solidifying its status as a 'meme'
Drew admits it's slightly odd that this has all blown up from a facial expression he can't even remember making four years ago.
But he seems to be taking it all in his stride, appearing on Good Morning America yesterday to talk about his new-found fame.
