If you focus on basic things like breathing and eating, you can be healthier.
To Breathe Is To Live Fully.
You can survive without food for a week, you can survive without water for a few days, but you can't survive without your breath for a minute.

That's how much important your breathing is!
Still, we give more importance to food and water for our health than breathing.
Everyone breathes, but only a few people know how to breathe in the right way.
And when people learn the right way to breathe, it gives them satisfaction, that's why people find so much pleasure in meditation.
If you ever get a chance, notice an athlete. They breathe differently because of their better respiratory system. They have developed it over years.
Now, you can't do that much exercise daily, but what you can do is try to breathe in a better way.
Take a long breath in and count to five and then wait for three seconds to let the oxygen dissolve in your blood.
Then breathe out slowly to a count of five. Do this as many times as you can in a day and feel better.
You Become What You Eat.
You can eat whatever you want, but if you want to live a healthy life, it must be full of vegetables and fruits only.
Why?
Because they provide you everything your body needs.
Your body is made up of 60% of water, and keeping it hydrated is the best thing you can do.
Think about how much water-rich fruits you have eaten today, or in the last week?
The best thing about these foods is that it makes you active, as compared to other foods which slow you down.
Being active and healthy is one of the most desired things.
Break the Robotic routine.
One of the biggest reason why we can't focus on our health is that we are too busy in our work to focus on it.
You eat anything you get your hands on because either you are too busy to find and cook a healthy diet or too lazy.
Sometimes you are so busy with your work that you forget to eat.
Breaking this routine can help you think about things including your health.
Take some rest, do nothing for a few hours and think how you can make things better in your life including your health.
Ideas will start popping into your mind and you will be shocked to know how much you can change if you change a few things.
Your productivity will definitely increase once your health improves.
You already know what you want to improve; your health, taking some time now and then to think about how to improve it will definitely get results.
And once you start getting results, things will be easier after that.
