Hey guys,
It's your favourite renovator... too soon?
Since my last post Part 2, I've been getting stuck into the back yard again. After Part 1, my progress on the backyard had become stagnent and if anything gone backwards. It's time to change that, here is the plan of attack for Part 3;
- Extend the grass outwards toward the fences
- Put a dog fence up so I can have some plants that don't get trampled.
- Cement in a brick edging using recycled bricks.
- Fix the automated sprinklers for the lawn & the garden beds.
- Top dress the existing lawn
- Back fill the extend area for new lawn
- lay new lawn
That's a hell of a lot of work, oh god what have I started.
I'm not going to get all that done in this post, but I've made some pretty good headway already. I've completed pretty much all of it except for back filling the new lawn area's and laying the instant turf down. Tonight's more of an update on what the plan is and how much progress I've made so far. I'll give you all the details and the finished project in about a weeks time.. provided everything goes to plan this weekend.

Tomorrow I'm putting in an order for the instant turf to be delivered, a massive 35 square metres of extra lawn area for the kids to play on. The plan is to smash that out on Sunday! and I'll try and get some finished pictures up during the week next week. Stay tuned, until next time XAG.
