I just recently discovered Wim Hof last night as I was up all night dealing with a clogged sewer line at my house.
I am fascinated with the science behind how Wim is able to pull off his incredible feats. He describes that by stimulating his adrenaline response it can help boost the immune system and fight negative stress which gets stored as an acidic form in the body.
If you have never heard of him you have got to check out the ICEMAN.

Wim is showing how we need to be pushed into states of discomfort to train the mind and gain control over our bodies innate ability to adapt to stressful situations.
I am very interested in training with the Wim Hof method.
