Watch this video I took of a Muscovy Duck with some cute little babies. Who doesn't like cute little birds? The Muscovy duck is mostly found in South America and Mexico. There are some in Florida and Texas in the United States. We seem to have a lot around where I live. They mostly like forested areas that are near water. It roosts high up in trees at night and makes it's nests in tree cavities. They usually have 8 to 10 eggs in the nest. They eat mostly vegetation, insects and seeds. They do not migrate.
I don't have any pictures of the Muscovy Duck, just the video. Here is a picture of a Mallard duck with it's young that I took.
