Hello all in Steemit.
I am convinced that this post and video will help many of our work teams.
We need team mentality anywhere in the world.
From exploring the ocean to exploring other planets, we need to work as a team. There are no big dreams for Lone Ranger. We're too small to make something so big alone. If you've done something significantly big yourself, I'm sure it would have been even bigger if you had partnered with a team. We need to change our mindset. Leadership requires everyone's involvement.
Undoubtedly everyone wants things around us to change positively.
But when we ask us about our attitude and disposal to change. Ummmmm!!! : ( ????
Even worse when we are challenged to be change factors, to be leaders.

Be a leader, provoke the change in which you want to live.
