Well, you can really find everything on Google!!
One of the latest Google utilities is the one that guides the user to do a one minute breathing exercise.
Just go to the search engine and type "deep breath" and in a few seconds a blue box will appear to start.
Before starting, however, it's necessary entering a state of calm and concentration, then follow the breathing rhythm suggested by the short video.
You can review the video until you find benefit from deep breathing or you can leave a feedback.
I watched and found it a very nice utility so I left my positive feedback 'cause it's useful, allowing users to stay focused on the video without distracting. I also suggested adding a background music or a sound that recalls nature. Just my personal opinion.
So from now on we can give us a few minutes of relax at any time, just access the desktop of our PC, or from our mobile or download applications for Android and iOS.
We could use this utility when we want it and also how a break between research on the web, to detach a moment from the many information who crowd our mind while surfing the web.
However, deep breathing is an antidote to use when we are stressed and under pressure.
A beautiful deep breath and the mind is calm and the heartbeat becomes regular.
In short, you don't have to become a fanatic of yoga and meditation, but only learn how to spend a few minutes a day of calm.
Just a hint of the benefits of deep breathing, I swear very synthetic:
- besides calming the mind and regaining inner balance,
- it has a detoxifying action because exhaling we rid our body of toxins,
- it improves our cardiovascular capacity and therefore blood circulation,
- it improves our digestion because digestive system's organs need oxygen to work well.
