So, just an update regarding some modifications to my drink from yesterday which turned out to taste a lot better and be an appropriate amount.
- 1 orange
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 lemon with some rind left on
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 cup of berry mixture
- A little water and a little bit of ice to help with the blending
The rest of breakfast 3 fried eggs and 4 strawberries. Yesterday's exercise - mowed the yard (push mower). So far so good.
