Can we as human beings live more than a hundred years? Meanwhile, when we are sixty years old, more are called elderly parents.
To get an answer to that question, I have read some research articles of biologists, as well as stories about people whose lives are over a hundred years old.
I post here someone who lives longer than anyone else in his time, who has been preached by many media.

Of all the records, the longest man who ever lived was Li Chung Yun (China), aged 256 years. Of all the notes, mindsets, ways of eating, various kinds of food.
In general, they eat more natural foods such as fruit. Among them are smokers who also drink alcohol until the age of more than one hundred years. Some sleep more than eight hours a day, some sleep only a few hours.
However, we use the most. That is, a healthy mindset, healthy food, adequate rest, allowing them to live longer than others during their lifetime.
Can we live more than a hundred years? According to the note I read, I replied, "Yes, you can." How about you?
