Habits of successful people that you should do if you want to succeed
Challenge yourself:
1 - Go to bed before 23:00 - Wake up at 5am.
2 - Jogging + Walk 10,000 steps a day
3 - Spend 10 minutes in the evening to plan the next day.
4 - Read books at least 30 minutes a day.
5 - Use social network less than 120 minutes /a day.
6 - Do not judge, comment, defame others.
7 - Always smile when meeting people
8 - Positive thinking at the same time, removes all negative thoughts.
9 - Learn English at least 60 minutes a day.
10 - Learn to let go every day.
11 - Record 5 important tasks to do during the day, week ,month, year in quarter and 5 most important things to do in this life.
You must perform the following 3 levels of missions:
Level 1: within 7 consecutive days
Level 2: within 21 consecutive days
Level 3: within 90 days in a row
Finishing level 3, these positive habits will be yours.
