It hit me like a bolt from the blue. Or, sometimes things can change in what seems to be a blink of an eye. In those situations, I often struggle to find a proper reaction to the situation. I have a mental suitcase of ways to react to these situations, and just the consideration of action can be stressfull, but often also delays the reaction and sometimes even calms the mind.
