There are times, words are better left unsaid but sometimes, those unspoken words could have made all the difference. There are simple words that if we put them together can create powerful meaning. Words were left unsaid because of different reasons, could be not the right time, not the right person or just simply, because of pride and ego. Those unspoken words could make or break relationships. Worst, it could haunt you for the rest of your life.

- Thank You!
Simple and common words that even toddlers who just started talking know how to say it, but for adults, why it feels so hard to utter. Why are we so shy to express our gratitude towards the person, especially to our Parents?
Yes they already know and understand it. "Hello, it is pretty obvious that I'm thankful... I don't have to say it!" But do you know how hearing those words mean to them? It means they are appreciated!. Whatever effort they did, it was all worth it. It is valued!
- I Am Sorry!
Sadly even young ones are now shy to say the words, I am sorry! Then how can you expect older ones? You are sorry, you can show it in your actions but uttering those words is an affirmation that Yes, you are sorry!.
Those words can comfort a confused mind and soften a stoned heart. It can build a bridge or break a wall between persons. It can calm a restless soul that has lots of questions. If you mean it, say it with sincere heart. You will not be degraded if you say it instead you will surely be loved.
- Hello!
Simple word but can start a conversation... a friendship... or rekindle a once broken relationship. It can connect a long lost friend or relative distant by misunderstanding.
You don't have to wait for other person to start the conversation. It is just one word, two-syllables... but powerful enough to break the silence and connect the persons.
- I Miss You!
Words that will shelter a longing soul and connect a distant heart. But why are we shy to say it? Is it because we are afraid to hear the person's response? What if those are the words that person was waiting for so long... ?!?!
Three words but it means thousands of unspoken words. The worth of the person you miss can be expressed in those three-words. It confirms the importance of that person in your life and those words are enough to patch whatever shortcomings you had.
- I Love You!
Mostly left unsaid because we assume that saying those words are unnecessary. We feel it is OA-overacting- if we keep on saying that. It is a known statement, "Of course I Love You! I don't have to say it every now and then!"
Three words but powerful enough to give security to one's heart. Those are assurance that they are loved and important in one's life. Those are confirmation that the person is appreciated.

Those words once said can free the person. He will not be haunted with regrets and will live happier. I am sure you would love to hear those words too. You will not let it be left unsaid.
I have learned that life is too short to live with regrets. Let the person knows how important they are in your life because we might not be blessed with second chance!
