In many of my treks to the mountains I have came across so many people, culture and there life. And everytime I have realised how tiny our problems are. Imagine shepherding hundreds of sheeps in an altitude of more than 10000 ft where we can barely walk. I have seen people with their animals walking 20-30 miles daily. Bear, leopard and many more such animals are always a threat. These guys dont get hot water in negative temperature they don't have cozy bed like us.

They cross dangerous rivers and mountain passes daily where we would not even think of going

Yet they smile like they have everything in life. And yes I believe they have everything, a peaceful life and satisfied heart. They enjoy with what they have, and work harder for their daily bread and shelter.

So next time when you think life is tough, think again
