We're doing a lot of things.
Compared to past generations, we need to know and learn a lot more.
For example, think about how life would've looked like for you 30 or even 50 years ago. All you had to do was to go to school, get at least a high school diploma, then a job, and that was it. After that all you had to do was save money to buy a bunch of things you thought you needed, like a house, a car, etc.
Now however, everything's different. Besides a few jobs that require a degree and a lot of knowledge, going to college and then getting a job isn't a safe way of living, not any more. Not being creative, not trying to develop yourself and just being you, without any desire of evolving, won't get you far.
You also need to learn a lot more skills in order to succeed. Knowing only Photoshop in order to become a Graphic Designer isn't all you need any more. You have to know at least one more thing related to graphic design if you want a well paid job. Knowing only HTML and CSS to build websites won't get you anything unless you also learn at least JavaScript.
You have to grow, to learn, to improve, to be the best version of yourself.
And there's no surprise people get tired. We do too much, because that's how life is right now. In the future, it may get worse.
So, if you feel tired, if you're not in the mood to do anything any more, then don't worry - you're not alone, and you shouldn't be judged for it. Just keep doing your thing.
