I just returned from 6 hour visit to the Emergency Room at Audie Murphy V.A. Hospital.
Anyone who's read my Intro knows they willfully ( IMO ) hurt me pretty badly 12 years ago, the last time I went in there.
The Kidney stone was moving on the right side of my body, and therefore I was afraid it was my Appendix, on the lower right side.
I've been thru this before but not for over a decade and I even thought, kidney Stones, but knowing a ruptured appendicitis can kill you, I chose not to ride it out as i usually would.
They did a CT scan and confirmed i don't have cancer in the gut area.
I have a 1300 White Blood Count, normal is 10.
In the end, the pain subsided and they gave me an acid reflux med and something for pre-tumers to reduce swelling.
Again, 12 years later, they don't aim to cure anything at the VA, they have multiple pharmacies there though.
Kind of gives you some insight in the directive, or objective. Pump the pills, cure nothing.
Anyway, I just walked in, pretty warn out front he whole thing.
MY PLAN OF ACTION:
is to find a solution to dissolve the stones myself. I hate Hospitals, VA is no exception...
I did talk to a couple patients and remembered one thing.
You won't find a bunch of nicer people then the Veterans you find walking the halls of the VA hospital.
I'm sure I'd forgotten. I ran away from the VA and any benefits or services 12 years ago when they willfully hurt me for reporting them to all my elected officials up to and including the Governor of Texas for their lack of treatment.
And it was so hard to go back there this morning, but I though I was dying.
-I'm poor, I don't have the luxury of other options like most people.
All I could think about is is my wife going to be ok without me.
I welcome any and all suggestions to dissolve these stones,
I don't want to drink a bottle of apple cider vinegar, but I will.
That's about all, Thanks for listening.
