Hello Steemians, today I want to make known a topic that we were discussing a great friend and me years ago and I found it interesting to share with you, it is about laziness, and it is not the animal as everyone thinks, today many people especially in my country they complain that there is a crisis, that there is no that there is no other but what I can assure you is that there is laziness, this is often associated with physical inactivity but discussing we realized that there are 3 types:

It is no more than a sedentary lifestyle, many people would like to have a slender body full of muscles or just be in shape, which helps a lot to prevent diseases and attract people of the opposite sex, but without exercises this is not achieved, I do not say that we should be specialists in some sport, we simply have to do exercises of some kind so that our body stays in good shape, healthy and pleasant to the sight of the person that we like, in our youth is when we should take advantage of these activities to achieve muscle memory that is not more than the adaptation of the muscles to exercises.

With a trot of 10 minutes a day with some elbows or plyometric exercises, doing yoga or dance therapy can be achieved, eye if you do exercises by simply doing them we will have a bad time, we will get bored and leave in a short time, I always recommend doing some sport or physical activity that catches our attention so we have fun and exercise without realizing it.

I particularly train rugby, rock climbing and mountain biking, when I do these physical activities I have so much fun that I do not even realize that I am exercising, on the contrary when I go jogging in 5 minutes I am bored and drop out quickly because it is a matter of likes, there are people who jog 50 K and are happy doing it, so much so that they do not realize, only at night when they feel that they are totally exhausted.

Just as we must exercise the body the mind also needs exercises, there is a very wise proverb that says that "unused organ atrophies." The mind must be exercised by reading a book about or an article of some topic that interests us, to be illustrated in life we do not necessarily have to attend the academy, we can achieve it self-taught.

Suppose for example that a farmer does not study and does not read about his profession will result in the fruits of failure, there are many people who say I do not read or study because I never went to school, saying this is wrong because to study What we need is to seek information and nourish the brain of new knowledge, this makes it stronger as when we do biceps in the Gym.

Last but not least we have spiritual laziness, that is, we never remember God, regardless of religion or beliefs we have to thank God or Khrsna, Allah, God, Jehovah, or whatever you want to call it, in fact the great scientist Albert Eistein I call it E = M.C2 in one of its best known formulas, nowadays scientists have already confirmed its existence.

Then it is good to thank the awakening, thank you for eating, thank you for being alive and ask for their help in difficult times, it is not necessary to be in a church praying or praying this we can do from our enclosure without the intermediation of a pastor, priest, shaman or that I know, because if God created this universe he can solve our life with only a breath of his breath, that is, we ask for strength so that he is the one who guides our life and we will see how we do better, instead of complaining we must put everything in his hands, it is not important how or when the problem will be solved, however Faith does matter a lot, that energy that we create for the universe to conspire in our favor.
