I've been reading Tim Ferris's "Tools of Titans" and I've become really inspired by how most successful and productive people follow a morning routine. For the past month, I've been giving it a try to see how it works. So far, it's been a great way for me to start the day. Here's what I do:
- Wake up about 30 minutes earlier than usual
- Bullet journal - I write down what I'm looking forward to, what I'm grateful for, my goals for the day, and any tasks/projects I need to complete.
- Drink water with lemon
- Spend 10 minutes on some gentle yoga
