Right now I'm lounging on my back patio hanging out with my dogs and it's a breezy 70 degrees. I have about a million things to do in my house right now, but I'm taking some time for myself and enjoying nature in this beautiful weather.
I'm writing this to you all today because I want you to remember that it is so important for you to take time out of your day for yourself. If you're not in a healthy state of mind there is no way you can give your all to your family to your friends to your job or anything else.
For all of you that have a minute, I want you to go outside and just sit down. I want you to look at the trees, the grass, the birds chirping, and anything else that catches your eye. Do this for yourself and if you can stand it, maybe put your phone down for just a minute.
Sometimes I come out here with a cup of tea or or glass of cold water depending on the weather, and I just relax. I don't think about anything in particular I try and just clear my mind.
So go outside and clear your mind and enjoy this beautiful Earth that we live on.
