Today, let us talk about fruits (instead of boring cryptos, lol).
Fruits, in general have a lot of Vitamins and minerals, especially Vitamin C.
Fruits reduce heart disease, lower our cholesterol, decrease the risk of stroke and diabetes (especially diabetes type 2). Fruits increase our daily performance(s).
Nevertheless, not many people eat enough fruits, because of one simple reason. We are lazy.
To overcome our laziness. We simply just buy, fruits that are ready to eat.
I know its more expensive than whole fruits. But at the end of the day, no such thing as a free lunch.
Start eating more fruits, ladies and gentlemen.
