Becoming a vegan has been a great journey for me over the last 3 months. I've found it very challenging in the beginning to even know what to eat. It seems everything in the typical diet has animal products, our daily coffee and breakfast is all animal products except for the coffee beans and toast.
Typical lunch is all animal products accept some lettuce or tomato on occassion. It's crazy how much animal products the typical person consumes. I don't care to tell you about the health differences of the diet, you can find that anywhere on the internet by Googling. I'm here to tell you about the raise in conciousness I've experienced from the change in diet.
Don't believe me? Try being a vegan for 3 months and see how light you feel. You'll breathe in and feel at peace knowing that no murder was put into your organic being throughout that time period. Death is in meat, it is death. Pure death. Why are we all dying of disease? Constant death consumption.
