I understand that no one wants to eat meat out of a can, but after a few weeks without food this is going to taste amazing. Not only is it full of protein, it's already cooked and can quickly be consumed. U can find allot of different tipes of caned meat so it would be best to take those cans that are easily accessible.
Bottled Water

I do not need to tel someone the importance of water. U can survive without food for a long time but u can only survive without water for 3 days. U are also going to need water to clean wounds so grab as much as you can carry.
Nuts
