Tribunals 101: Senator Graham schools Congress and Americans on Military Law
Graham: “You (American citizens) don't have the Constitutional right to turn on your own government and collaborate with the enemy.”
Kavanaugh agreed.
At one point within the confirmation dialog (linked video) Graham suggested that in America's history a number of traitorous saboteurs have been executed by the Military, with Supreme Court approval and precedent. WWII was cited as an example.
Justice Kavanaugh agreed, clarifying that these executions were carried out in accordance with the “long settled” 'Laws of Armed Conflict', which is a separate body of law quite different from our 'Basic Criminal Law'.

Such a reference to 'Military Tribunals' has not been heard in the halls of Congress since the War. Why is Graham explaining to Congress and The People now, in the middle of a confirmation hearing, the lethal authority and precedents of the 'Law of Armed Conflict'.
Notice Graham's 'Tribunal Authority' line of questioning had nothing to do with confirming Kavanaugh, but everything to do with why Kavanaugh was not being confirmed.
In order to overturn the existing Supreme Court decisions/precedents empowering Military Tribunals the NWO would somehow have to achieve a majority on the nine member Court. Kavanaugh's appointment leaves the WH with a probable five to four edge toward an honest, just, and common sense interpretation and application of America's Supreme Rules of Law, The Constitution.
And what is the relevance of 'tribunals and executions' to the confirmation process of a SCJ? Graham doesn't say.. and no one seems to be asking. Everybody knows.
Graham has become a MAGA white Knight in the Senate, putting false “democratic leadership” to shame after they disgraced themselves with multiple failed fabricated attacks on a great and innocent man.
