Tell your story and what you've learned from it.
A person can hear the same thing 1000 ways from 1000 different people, but it finally makes sense when it comes from you.
Sometimes the messenger matters more than the message. It's irrational but if it changes lives, so be it.
By delaying gratification, you force yourself to look into the future and plan for things that could go wrong.
This is how a person becomes successful:
They plan for what can go wrong, execute their plan when it does, and remain in a position to improve
There aren't a lot of people who will give you the game for free.
If you can find someone willing to give you time and knowledge, listen to that person.
Overcoming hardship makes you a more interesting person.
It also makes you more relatable and empathetic as well.
To make it to heaven, you gotta go through hell.
Until you watch a person under pressure, you don't know them.
You only know the representative they sent.
Making a little bit of money is not what will convince you that social media is more than a game.
It's when you receive your first thank you message because your content changed someones life.
After that, it's impossible to look at these platforms the same way.
The more you value your time, the less interested you are in:
-Proving you're right
-Proving someone else wrong
-Defending your position
-Ripping someone else's down
All of these things are a tremendous waste of not only time, but mental and emotional energy as well.
You think they hate you for what you stand for? Don't fold because everyone hates cowards and traitors.
Just accept that these are not your people.
The more humbling the experience, the more it's gonna suck to experience it.
If it doesn't kill you, then it will definitely make you wiser and more understanding of your fellow humans.

If you didn’t watch the news, would you know that the government was shut down?
I've read a few red-pill articles before, ususally giving advice to guys who have been dumped/divorced.
The most common #1 tip was to start lifting.
My question is:
Why ON EARTH were you not lifting in the first place??
This is basic stuff that should ALREADY be part of life.
Looks aren't everything but they are the first thing.
There are people going through some tough shit who genuinely believe it's magically gonna get better on its own.
The fate that awaits them for believing this is more cruel than anything they're currently suffering through.
You think they hate you for what you stand for? Don't fold because everyone hates cowards and traitors.
Just accept that these are not your people.
The cost of compromise in the pursuit of gaining the acceptance of others rarely gains their acceptance and always costs more than staying true to your convictions.
It’s always a losing proposition.
“You have enemies? Good. That means you’ve stood up for something, sometime in your life.”
— Winston Churchill
Most won't succeed because shiny object syndrome is real.
All the great ideas and half starts isn't worth a fraction of one complete idea.
But people think they're missing out by not picking one, so they continue to miss out.
Get Addicted to Growth.
You’ll Grow.
Don't rely on motivation. Just:
-Decide what you want out of life
-Make a plan to get it
-Execute
Aside from a fear of remaining the same, your emotions should have no say in the matter.
Don't fear failure. For most things, that's just a subjective feeling rather than objective reality.
Fear stagnation.
Fear doing the exact same shit and being in the exact same place five years from now.
The longer you wait to fix your life, the harder it's gonna be.
Not because of money. Not because of time. But because of habits.
The longer you have shit habits, the harder it is to replace them with good ones.
Have been reading The Power of Habit and this gem hits the nail on the head. Successful people aren’t successful because of luck- they build habits that help build them to where they are now.
"The difference between money and muscle is that you can get free money if you beg hard enough.
The barbell does not give free muscle because free stuff doesn’t exist in nature, and Socialism is a man-made concept."
There is no commandment to respect everyone. Love yes. But respect and loyalty still need to be earned.
Conversation over coffee.
Genuine human connection that is missed when everything has to be about booze.
Man
People still out here eatin' brand cereal out the box and puttin' sugar in it.
Like we don't have the internet to tell you this is all kinds of bad for you.
If a person doesn't have to deal with the consequences of your decisions, you aren't obliged to listen to them.
For better or worse.
Self-control is what ultimately leads to freedom.
Without it, your freedom will only be temporary & short-lived.
If you eat lucky charms, you may as well smoke crack.
Don't @ me
If you’re not a long-distance runner,
don’t eat cereal for breakfast.
Stay high-protein.
Men aren't trash.
Women aren't trash.
You're just a low quality human and birds of a feather flock together.
You aren’t going to make it far in life because you can’t have a conversation with people who don’t have the same genitals as you without thinking you are above them
Same apply for race and religion
If you believe you're inferior to insults that are thrown at you, you'll react to them.
If you believe you're superior, you'll ignore them.
The tougher the conversation, the more it needs to be had.
Life is too short to argue with people who disagree with your lifestyle.
As long as you aren't hurting anyone, carry on and enjoy your short time on this planet.
Any guy starting a blog now, don't be anonymous. Same for Steemit.
The same advice and information is on the net in 1,000 places. You stand out by putting a face and life experience to it.
My simple blogging formula:
Vulnerability + teaching + skin in the game. This is impossible to beat. No one can be me better than me.
The same will work for you too.
If you've been smoking pot for 4+ years and you haven't graduated to pills, powders, or needles, you're being lazy.
People get a degree in that time. You can't even improve your drug use habits.
Freedom and health are the new status symbols.

Holding grudges and seeking revenge is based on an the the erroneous belief that present actions can undo past transgressions.

“Conversations Over Coffee” should be the title of my new podcast.
Just cut me a royalty check or have you on as a guest. 😎☕️
I keep saying I will start a podcast, but I really have zero interest in it. However, I have figured out how to get around it.
When everyone around you is messed up, that's when you get that most hate for trying to get your life right.
Steemit exposes how shitty people's reading comprehension is.
A lot of these disagreements are because people can't read. They will argue with you about something you didn't say or imply.
Or worse
Miss what you actually did say and choose something out of left field to debate.
Strength training will make you stand out, over time, against the parade of pansies otherwise known as 'modern-day men'.
There are 1 million accounts on this platform.
You keep finding these people. The problem isn't them or steemit
Till I finish this, I won't get up. Come Hell or High water.
