Depression or a deep connection of fears and wars from the heart to the mind? Depression is the main key when it comes to grief and grief is such a deep sadness enclosed between veins of one's heart.And your heart? It feels destroyed,broken and tired.Tired of living a fake game.tired of faking that smile,tired of being judged,tired of facing negativity and this is how depression consumes us.
What leads to depression? The fear of being judged?A broken family?A broken relationship?Betrayal from friends?Financial issues?Bullying?Rape?Incurable diseases? and so forth.But let me tell you what's worst,being depressed because of several issues is the worst.
I could barely breathe,i couldn't keep it down deep.It had to come out.And now people are taking depression as a joke.
My house was no more my home and so i was gone.Gone to another me,another world.Happiness was in a black world.I was getting worse and no one knew.I was so good at faking smiles,my heart was really wide,but there was no time.I wanted to go,where?Down there,the wrong situation that i was in made me feel guilty.
But now I'm out of it,out of this ****.How come?I've let it all out.The main benefit was to write,you're depressed write it out.You're depressed?Draw it one a piece of paper.
Being depressed is a part of life.And we are part of this living world.Be a change for someone,help them from abstaining depression.We'll sure help one individual in a million.
