If you have children you know that they come and go to the fridge looking for snacks. Having healthy options organised means that there is less chance they would have unhealthy fast food. We rarely keep unhealthy food in our home but if they are not full of good things they tend to buy more of it when they are out with friends. (2 of mine are teens).
Thus recipe is easy. Sorry I don’t measure things, I experiment but this is:
Coconut milk, over ripe bananas, cacao powder and maple syrup. Blended together. Chia seeds added in later. It sets in the fridge.
