1 - Freeze your coffee into ice cubes for cold brew that doesn't taste like sad water!!
Want iced coffee that doesn't go weak? Pour leftover coffee into an ice cube tray.
Pop ‘em into your next glass. Boom — strong, cold caffeine without compromise.
2 - Use your phone’s alarm labels to reprogram your brain.
Set alarms with custom names like “TAKE YOUR VITAMINS YOU FERAL ANIMAL”
or “STAND UP BEFORE YOUR SPINE COLLAPSES.”
Passive reminders become active commands!
*BONUS: if you set custom alarm sounds for each one you can recognize each alarm by sound alone!
3 - The two-minute rule: If it takes less than 2 minutes, do it now.
Put the dish in the sink.
Send the reply.
Toss the junk mail.
Your future self will stop loathing you. Most procrastination dies in under 120 seconds!!!
