Seek out and pull these beliefs by their roots and plant new seeds for beliefs that will help you achieve your goals in life. To pull the roots effectively first recognize these limits as your own.
Take responsibility for your actions and decisions. Blaming uncontrollable outside forces or influences for these anchoring beliefs will leave you stuck in a pool of your own sorrow and self pity (not recommended...do not try home alone). Drugs may give temporary relief but they do not solve the problem. Owning up to these beliefs allows the response and reaction to negative or unwanted results to have a much more effective and positive outcome.
