It's so sad that after an update Pulsaudio crashed and stopped to work. Luckly the fix was easy
$ pulseaudio
W: [pulseaudio] pid.c: Stale PID file, overwriting.
E: [alsa-source-ALC1200 Analog] rtpoll.c: Assertion 'p' failed at pulsecore/rtpoll.c:578, function pa_rtpoll_item_new_asyncmsgq_read(). Aborting.
# This clean the pulsaudio user config
$ rm .config/pulse -rfv
Good now you cand try to run again pulseaudio or restart your session
