This is brilliant way to find out if liquid foundation does harm to your skin or not. We often fall victims to unregulated cosmetic industry, which isn't forced to list all ingredients used in product. Here is how you can test if liquid foundation is mineral oil based or water based: add few drops of ur favorite foundation into cold water and mix it well. Dissolved?- fantastic!- it can be taken off ur skin easily. Didn't dissolve?-oh dear..you'll need a degreaser to clean ur skin off this horrible substance. Mineral oil isn't good enough to go to ur car petrol tank, my friends-so don't put it on your skin!
