"Story" in slow motion, silencing users and video calls: If you believe the rumors, the social network is investigating some new features that will put Snapecht in trouble
A series of Twitter tweets from the past two days reveal that Instagram may be looking at some new features that may make it more attractive - especially against the direct competitor, SnapTech. According to the viewers, it is not clear whether these features will successfully pass the various tests and will be released to all users, but this is definitely a step towards a significant face lift.
Among other things, it was reported that Instagram is examining the possibility of "shutting down" Instagram users - similar to Facebook. Without confronting the embarrassing "unfollow" that requires explaining to friends or colleagues who simply do not want to see their posts, the Mute option is quietly done without drama.
Another function taken directly from Facebook's "history" is that of the "reactions" to the "historical" in the instagram, quickly and with one click. "The feature is already operating in Mexico for Instagram users, which strengthens the feeling that it will soon reach more and more users in the world.
And there's something especially for historical fans: Slow Motion is also on the list of innovations, and should allow users to shoot slow-motion storystresses directly from within the app without relying on the device's own features.
