HI, Happy weekend everyone.
I have nothing planned for the foreseeable future especially with these heatwaves we are having, I have chose to stay indoors with my pups to make sure they aren't getting to hot. Its not just the dogs I've had to keep an eye on hubbys fishtanks to. We had an awful day trying to get the tempreture down on his reef tank until he went and bought a chiller pack, this is kept in the freezer until needed then place on the water to float, this brings the temperature down slowly. His mum has decided she would like a little tank with a fighting fish, hubby has got it all ready she just has to wait for the filter to clean the water. We are a little concerned as where she lives in a block of flats for the elderly the place is so hot, the tank tempreture has risen quite a lot just with the heat of her flat. I can't stay there for long or im a dripping mess.
We usually go shopping on a Saturday, me, hubby and his mum in law, we usually go out for something to eat and do a little shopping but with it being too hot I've had to let hubby take over whilst I stay home. Funnily enough he doesn't complain at the moment as he has a massive crush on the garden and buying plants so he now goes when I'm not there then comes home with more plants. I would usually try and change his mind as we have enough in the garden too open our own garden center. He left the house the usual time to take my daughter to work then he went to his mums to sort the tank out, then he went to the garden center bringing home another 4 plants.
WHEN IS IT GOING TO END
We have come to realise my husband gets addicted to whatever hobby he starts and he won't let it beat him. He started kickboxing when the girls were young, it was a sport for them but he got stuck in and obsessed, he joined classes bought all the correct gear, he did get to black belt which im very proud of. At the moment his hobbies are Golf, we have a large cupboard full of Golf clubs plus all the equipment, he has 2 fishtanks totally obsessed, the garden obsessed. He's always busy plus does a lot around the house for me plus came in last week from shopping with 2 bunches of flowers for me. He doesn't do it very often but when he does it's appreciated.
Or he has done something that he doesn't want me to know about, Does he look guilty. 🤔
