“Realize the great blessing you enjoy in your life, having the ability to decide if you want peace or war in your life. Choose peace. Choose light. Choose love.
“Love yourself first. Love, forgive, understand and embrace yourself. Look at the heavens and be grateful, for the air you breathe, for your life, for your eyes, your arms, and your loved ones. Be grateful and feel joy in the face of your Father’s goodness.
“Close your eyes, take a deep breath and receive the light of the Father in your mind and in your heart. Go back to your true self. You are a spirit living in a material body. Being spirit, you are connected to the Father. Being spirit, you are light and you can share that light.
“Send light and love to all the people living in situations of conflict and war. Those who kill and those who are dying. Those who suffer and those who cause the suffering. It is not up to you to judge. You are the one who should help spread light, peace and love from your own light, peace and love.
“Be the proof that it is possible to live in peace and love. Show that is possible to forgive.
“Be a soldier of light and peace illuminating the truth, beyond the borders of time and space.
“Breathe, love and enlighten. This is your main occupation today. Do not wait for world peace. Act.”
