WHAT IS LUCID DREAMING?
Lucid dreaming happens when you become aware that you are dreaming. The only thing that is required to happen for the dreamer is to realize their experience is a dream.
The essential purpose of lucid dream work is
ultimately to wake up.
Lucid dreaming helps us understand that we are
just as asleep when we think we are awake, as we are in dreams.
My First Lucid Dream
I am into lucid dreaming even before I knew about lucid dreaming. My first lucid dream happened when I was 10 years old, in 2007. It was a long dream and it happened in between the dream when I found myself walking on water, That's when it hit me. I got super excited and told myself: "Woah!!! I am dreaming! This is a dream!" And I slowly touched the water, it felt so real, water was cold and clean. I then started flying towards the building in front of the lack, I noticed, everyone was looking at me suspiciously because I was flying, then I landed on the beautiful garden which was in front of that building. I touched flower plant near me, it turned into rainbow colour rose flower. I smell its luscious fragrance, And it gave me feeling/taste of vanilla, strawberry, chocolate combination ice-cream, hehe. I intuitively knew that I can create anything I want, so I created a door and when I open this door there was another one behind it and another one behind that one and so on. This made me puzzle so I just closed the door and it disappeared. Then I sat down near someone and asked her what's she doing here? and that's when I woke up! Since then my lucid dream become a common phenomenon for me and I figured out through my experiences about how to get into lucid state easily and how to maintain lucidity for a longer period of time.
I become a huge lucid dreamer, I've traveled and been to many different planets, places on Earth, under the ocean and stars amongst other things, lucid dreaming is by far my favorite thing, it's traveling without physically going with your body, you go in spirit and see and feel everything just like in reality and I promise what I've experienced is even more real than this world.

CREATIVITY - SOLVE COMPLEX PROBLEMS
What blocks people from their creativity is their conscious mind. During our dreaming state this conscious state is non-existent. That means creativity is full to the brim waiting for you to tap it.
KNOWING YOURSELF
In the dream state youβre close to the truth of who you are. Since there are no rules, limitations, structure, your lucid dream are a much accurate representation of who you are.
HEALING
The lucid dreaming gives us an opportunity to see our shadows. It de-materializes them. And then they are also gone from the real world.
INTUITION
We are able to harness our intuition better because, during the dreams, the conscious mind doesn't hijack the intuition with its ego. Intuition is completely natural in the dreaming state.
CONSCIOUSNESS EXPLORATION
Dream state is a higher level of consciousness in a higher vibrational realm. The tools and resources in that realm are very advanced. We are able to engage in things like telepathy, remote viewing and communicating with spirits.
THEY'RE FUN
Lucid dreaming gives us an opportunity to experience everything we want. We can fly like a superman, walk through walls, be mischievous and live out our true desires without having absolutely no repercussions whatsoever.
