Perfect for birthdays, this is a great recipe for an easy and delicious chocolate Cake. It's moist and fudgy and will keep well for 4-5 days.
Ingredients:
2 cup all- purpose flour
1 cup sugar powder
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup Milk
1 cup crushed coconut
3 eggs
4 tablespoon Cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract if you like
Method
(a) For the cake, place all of the cake ingredients except the oil, milk and eggs into a large mixing bowl and mix well with spoon.
(b) Add the oil, milk and eggs to the mixture and beat the mixture until smooth and well combined.
(c) Now bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is firm to the touch and a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
(d) Remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool completely.
(e) Transfer the cake to a serving plate and garnish it as you like.
