2。 I sent my first email to Hutchgo.com on 27th January which should give you ample time to resolve the issue.
3。I've seen many complaints where refunds were not processed in time by hutchgo.com before flight dates, resulting in tremendous financial losses to the customers.
4。 The departure date of my return tickets is on 11th February, which is 7 days from now. If the refund is not processed in time, who should bear my losses?
