Ingredients for Cauliflower:
2 tbspn flour 4 tbsps corn flour 1 medium sized flower cauliflower 1 tsp ginger-garlic pastestals, dried to fry, taste 1/4 cup water
Ingredients for Gravy:
1/2 tbspn chopped finely chopped ginger 2 green chillies, extracted seeds, finely chopped 2 tsp finely chopped garlic 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (spring onion) 1 tbspn oil 2 tbsp soya sauce 1/2 tbsps chopped chili sauce 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1/2 tsp kali Chilli powder 2 tbsp corn flour (corn flour) 2 cups hot water, according to taste
Method of making cabbage:
Clean the flower cauliflower and cut into big pieces and boil them in water for 3 minutes. When it boils, take out more water and dry it with the help of kitchen towel. Mix flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste and salt in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup water to it and prepare the solution. He should not be too thick nor too thin (should be thicker than dosa or pancake solution). Put the pieces of cabbage in the solution and mix well until the slurry does not look all the way around the cauldron. Heat the oil to fry on a medium flame. Pour 7-8 cabbage pieces in oil and fry them till they become golden on medium flame. Take out the broken pieces in a plate. (Put the kitchen paper napkins on the plate to absorb more oil and extract fried pieces over it). Fill the remaining pieces even until golden.
Gobi Manchurian Gravy recipe:
Dissolve 2 tablespoons corn flour in 1/2 cup water and keep it in the side. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies and chopped green onions and fry for one minute on medium flame. Put sauce, sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder and salt and cook for 1 minute. 2 cups hot water Add the mixture to boiling on medium flame. After boiling it for a minute, stirring continuously with the molasses, put the corn flour roasted in water. Mix well and cook for one minute on a low flame.
