Cedrick Hankins was born in Roanoke Rapids Nc. Age 23. Cedrick grew up in a very very poor family , school was not in his family values, and he grew up a very slow kinda guy, and never was taught about modern day life, he can't even wipe his ass good because he stay with some shitty underwear.
