In the window that pops up, click on "Sign in" 
You will see the registration form that has three boxes:
Enter the desired login for Mapala in the first box.
Enter the desired password for Mapala in the second box.
Enter the private posting hosting key which is stored in your account wallet on Steemit. To find it, click on "Wallet" - "Permissions" - "Show private key".

- Your personal BTC wallet can be found on the Auction section.
