Please explain why over THREE MILLION DOLLARS was contributed to get “Medical Marijuana” on the ballot but ONLY $145.00 contributed to fund LEGALIZATION via the COURTS?
In July 24, 2015 a gofundme page ArAgLf was set up to raise funds needed to aid in covering legal expenses involved in challenging the constitutionality of Arkansas Marijuana Laws. The first ever Facial Constitutional Question ever filed. Here is the results; $125 of $9,000 goal Raised by 6 people in 35 months!
The case was filed in November 2016 with expenses paid out of pocket. The court in June of 2017 dismissed the case in violation of the U.S. and Arkansas Constitution which forced the issue to the Federal Court system. On February 8, 2018 I launched an updated gofundme page https://www.gofundme.com/EndTheMadness to cover the initial filing costs and expenses to file in the Eastern District of the 8th Circuit Federal Court. To-date this is the response; $20 of $9,000 goal Raised by 1 person in 4 months.
MEANWHILE the Citizens who “Voted For Medical Marijuana” in November 2016 do NOT HAVE ACCESS to “Medical #Marijuana”!
